BimmerBlend is designed around local-first fuel and vehicle data. This policy explains the information the app may use and how it is handled.

Information you provide

BimmerBlend may store information you enter, including vehicle details, fuel fills, ethanol content, station information, calibration readings, preferences, and other app data. Core app data is intended to be stored locally on your device unless a feature clearly states otherwise.

Location

When you grant location permission, BimmerBlend may use your location to help identify nearby fuel stations and to support location-related app features. Location permission can be changed through your device settings.

Backups and exports

If you choose to export or back up BimmerBlend data, you control where that file is stored or shared. Treat exported files as you would other personal files on your device.

Feedback and communications

If you contact support or submit beta feedback, the information you provide may be used to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, and improve BimmerBlend. Third-party forms or email providers may process those communications under their own privacy terms.

Third-party services

Some features may rely on platform or third-party services, such as Apple TestFlight, mapping or location services, and feedback tools. Their handling of information is governed by their respective policies.

Data sharing

BimmerBlend does not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed when necessary to provide a service you request, comply with law, protect rights or safety, or operate supporting services.

Children

BimmerBlend is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for users who can legally operate or maintain a motor vehicle in their jurisdiction.
